Q: When is the best time to book your services?
A: We recommend contacting us as soon as you have received your confirmation number from one of partner accommodation hotels. This way we can add your requests to your client portfolio.
Q: Is there an additional charge for services booked through Concierge Waikiki?
A: Concierge Waikiki is a private concierge company, we offer our services at $28.50 per hour, this fee will be added to the total price of all bookings / services.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We have representatives within the Diamond Head Beach Hotel (DHBH Suites) and our staff are available on call after normal business hours.
